Maine’s game against UNB postponed, Lewiston’s game still on

ORONO, Maine — The University of Maine men’s ice hockey exhibition, scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010 against the University of New Brunswick, has been postponed due to the snow storm that is currently bearing down on Eastern Maine. The game will be made up, however, a makeup date has not been announced at this point.

I spoke to Alex Reed the Lewiston Maineiacs’ media director, and as of 11am the game between the Shawinigan Cataractes and the Lewiston Maineiacs’ is still slated to start at 7pm. Although nothing is official at this point
