Pirates prep for the Rats

Lewiston, ME — The Pirates prepare to play the first on four home games away from the Cumberland County Civic Center tonight as they travel to the Androscoggin Bank Colisée in Lewiston to play the Albany River Rats.
It will be the first meeting of the Rats and Pirates during the regular season, the Pirates only preseason game was against Albany, a 5-3 win, in Fitchburg, MA.
Portland holds a 10-2-1-1 record in the last 14 meetings and has held the Rats winless, going 7-0, in the last five years.
Expect Jhonas Enroth to get the start tonight, as Adam Dennis will most likely see action in the pipes tomorrow against the Providence Bruins.
