Carter is giving the Ducks limited options…Not really a bad thing?!?

It looks like Ryan Carter will be staying in Anaheim for a while longer, and why not with his play over the past couple of games.

Travis Moen, who had been suffering from the flu, was placed on the IR that allowed the Ducks to keep Carter in Anaheim.

With the close return of Sammi Pahlsson, Anaheim was going to be forced to make a roster move to create a roster spot. The easy way out would have been to send Carter back to Portland, but his play of late is making that a more difficult decision with every game he’s in the line up.

Carter has three goals in the last two games and continues to be force in the face-off circle.

When Moen returns and pending the outcome of an MRI by Doug Weight, the Ducks will have a difficult decision to make in regard to Carter.
